durangans
looong time since i have posted. sorry! Summer was wonderful. I am now writing from a new lap top :) It works much better.
I was able to end the summer with a beautiful road trip to Durango CO with my friend Benjamin before he moved to the Swiss Alps. Durango is now one of my all time favorite cities. It has an amazing down town area completely surrounded by natural beauty. All the people were extremely friendly and willing to share with us all the best places to hike, camp, rock climb, meet people, etc... Unfortunately the water was too low in the river so we were unable to go white water rafting...next time.
Also, my cameras both died within the first day of the trip. However, I was able to get a few pictures of the rainy eight hour drive and things we encountered along the road. (And some of you will be happy to know that I am now a pro at driving in foreign cities, and across states.)
